The challenge
A physician-founded regenerative wellness practice needed a complete digital infrastructure purpose-built for their care model — high-touch, high-ticket, and operating across multiple treatment modalities (peptides, IV infusions, hormone therapy, regenerative procedures). Generic platforms couldn't handle the clinical complexity, the 503A/503B compounding workflows, or the member experience standard the practice required.
What we built
We built the full stack from scratch: a premium marketing site, an authenticated member portal with intake, consent, and protocol tracking, a physician portal for clinical workflow management, and a HIPAA-compliant telehealth booking system with age verification and service-specific gating for 503A/503B sourced compound ordering. The entire system is deployed on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure with full audit logging.
Outcomes
The platform launched as a production-grade system — not a prototype. Physician workflows, member intake, and telehealth scheduling run end-to-end without manual staff intervention. The member experience matches the premium positioning of the practice.
