Cookie Policy

Last updated: June 11, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Synaptis Technologies LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit synaptisusa.com (“Site”). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences, understand how you use it, and provide certain functionality. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and pixel tags.

2. Cookies We Use

2.1 Strictly Necessary

These cookies are essential for the Site and our authenticated application surfaces to function. They enable session management, CSRF protection, and security features. They cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality.

  • session — maintains your authenticated session (expires on browser close).
  • csrf_token — prevents cross-site request forgery (session-scoped).

2.2 Performance and Analytics

These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Site — which pages are most visited, where users come from, and how long they stay. All data is aggregated and de-identified. We use Vercel Analytics (no third-party cookies) for core metrics.

2.3 Functional

These cookies remember your preferences — such as dark/light mode, language, or consent choices — so you do not have to re-set them on each visit.

  • theme — stores your display preference (persistent, 1 year).
  • cookie_consent — records your consent decision (persistent, 1 year).

2.4 Marketing and Targeting

We do not currently use marketing or retargeting cookies on the public marketing site. If this changes, we will update this policy and request fresh consent where required.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Embedded content (e.g., YouTube video embeds, Cal.com scheduling widget) may set their own cookies governed by those providers’ privacy policies. We recommend reviewing their policies directly. We do not control these cookies.

4. Managing Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

  • View what cookies are set and delete them individually;
  • Block all or specific cookies by default;
  • Set rules to accept cookies only from sites you trust.

Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in to authenticated areas. For browser-specific instructions, visit your browser’s help documentation.

5. Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Our Site does not currently respond to DNT signals because no industry standard exists. We treat all visitors consistently regardless of DNT status.

6. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy periodically. Material changes will be announced via a notice on the Site or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

7. Contact
